In addition, David intends to begin principal photography on Monday, April 24, 2023. He aims for a Spring 2023 release, sometime in May.

David wishes everyone a happy Thanksgiving. He has a couple of announcements regarding Homemade Goodies. Last month, he filmed Episodes 17 and 18. He intends to release them before the end of the year.

​

In addition, David has a new documentary project in pre-production. The film is a behind-the-scenes short about the making of Homemade Goodies. It will be called Behind the Recipes: The Making of Homemade Goodies. Production will start some time in early 2023, with a potential Spring or Summer 2023 release.

Friday, September 24, 2021 - New Job and Homemade Goodies Update

​

David is excited to announce that he will be starting a new job as a full time production assistant at KAAL News in Rochester, Minnesota. The job will start in October.

​

Due to this new job and the upcoming move to Rochester, the post-production of Episodes 10, 11, and 12 of Homemade Goodies is on hold. However, said episodes have been completely filmed and voice over parts have been recorded. Production took place back on September 2 and September 3, 2021. David expects to have these episodes finished and released from around mid-October to early November.

David is excited to announce that his show, Homemade Goodies, is returning for another six-episode season. These new episodes will feature entrées that David can cook, like spaghetti, steak, and chicken. Over the previous weekend, David filmed three episodes of Season 2, and a new video that's the new season's intro and teaser has just been uploaded to YouTube and Vimeo.

Tuesday, September 8, 2020 - New Job and Homemade Goodies Update

David is pleased to announce that he has a new job at WHBF-TV in Rock Island, Illinois. Today was his first day on the job, and the duties include operating the teleprompter, cameras, audio, and graphics.

​

David also plans to shoot the first episode of Homemade Goodies this coming Sunday. The episode will be about chocolate chip cookies.

Thursday, July 30, 2020 - New Series in Development

​

David is pleased to announce that, as of recently, he is in the developmental stages of a series. The series is about the homemade cookies, cake pops, and other treats that he makes - mainly his history with them, and how to make them. He says that the series would be a fun and simple way to mix both his baking talents and filmmaking talents. The episodes will be available on both his YouTube and Vimeo accounts, and he hopes to have at least one or two episodes out before the end of the year.

​

In addition, David also intends to release audio commentaries on some of his films. These will primarily be on his work from college to the present day.
